Sarkin Hausawan Yaba Chiefdom tasks Abaji Chairman on rehabilitation of roads

The Sarkin (Chief) Hausawan of Dogo Ruwa Community, Yaba Chiefdom in Abaji Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Alhaji Dr. Aminu Dandawa, has charged the Chairman of the Area Council to consider rehabilitating some dilapidated roads within the community, especially the road that connect the settlement with Samunaka village in Niger State.
Dandawa gave the charge while speaking to newsmen during the celebration of one year anniversary on throne in Dogo Ruwa community on Saturday, also urged Abaji Chairman to swing into action to arrest the security challenges facing the people of the community for so long now.
He further pleaded with the Chairman to erect healthcare centers in the community to prevent the residents from traveling out for medicaltreatment.
He said he would continue to support and co-operate with theadministration n of Abaji Area Council for the sake of peace and togetherness, and thanked the Ona of Abaji, Alhaji Dr. Adamu Baba Yunusa as well as the Etsu of Yaba, Alhaji Aliyu Yakubu Ndatsu for being supportive to him.
He also pointed that he would not hesitate to join hands with other Chiefs of Hausawa in Abaji and the FCT at large to fight for a common goal in the territory.
Dandawa, who is also the chief of the traditional medicinepractitioners in Abaji, urged the entire Hausa-fulani in Abaji and the FCT in general to live in peace with the indigenes and their neighbors at all times.
