Uba Sani celebrates women, promises inclusive governance

Governor Uba Sani has joined the global community to commemorate International Women’s Day 2026, celebrating the strength, resilience, and contributions of women to societal progress.
In a statement issued on March 8, 2026, the governor emphasized the importance of empowering women and girls, noting that it is a key driver of economic growth, social stability, and prosperity.
The governor highlighted the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day, “Give to Gain,” which underscores the importance of investing in women and girls to achieve meaningful progress.
He noted that Kaduna State is committed to turning this principle into meaningful action by expanding opportunities for women across governance, enterprise, and community development.
