The senator, representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in the Senate, Philip Aduda, has inspected his transformation constituency projects scattered across all the area councils of the FCT.
From Abuja South to Abuja North where he visited, a large crowd came out to welcome the Senator, as they thanked him for performing above expectations.
Aduda, who is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Power, also held a town hall meeting, where he engaged the people, to get first hand information from them, needed for assessment of his performance.
Speaking during the tour, Aduda, said he had embarked on the inspection of constituency projects under his watch, in order to properly assess the progress of work as well as feel the pulse of the people.
“No good leader can stay somewhere and belief all is well, that forms my conviction to embark on this town hall meeting to ask what you feel and what we are going to do next as a family,” he stressed.
While in Abaji, a community leader, Alhaji Isa Suleiman, described Aduda as their messiah, for providing portable water to alleviate plight of people in the area.
He said since his emergence as the community leader in the area, many years ago, no representative of the FCT has affected their lives like
Aduda, and as such they will continue to support him in all his endeavours.
