The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has experienced a total disruption of its registration services since August 15, 2014.
According to a press statement, issued by the Director, Public Affairs, Mr. Churchill Williams, the Commission views the disruption as a deliberate attempt to sabotage the on-going efforts to deploy a new on-line registration system by October 1, 2014, as announced by the Honourable Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment.
The Commission further said it is taking all necessary steps to configure a new registration system and restore normal services latest by Monday,August 25.
It apologised to all its customers and the general public for the disruption and assures them of its commitment to overcome the challenges soonest.
