Some youths under the umbrella of the Kasuwa-Dare Concerned Youth group has reiterated readiness to partner with State Security Service (SSS) in Gwagwalada Area council, of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), to effectively combat crime in the area.
The chairman of the group, Mr. Musa Ahmadu, who gave the assurance during a visit to the SSS office in the area, told the Service that they were ready to partner with any security outfit for the sake of peace and safety of the youth in the area.
He thanked the leadership of SSS for receiving members of the concerned youth with an open heart, during their visitation.
Meanwhile, the spokesman of SSS, who did not want his name to be mentioned in print, while addressing the youth, said that the leadership of SSS would continue to protect the lives and property of the people especially the youth, at all times.
He appealed to the youth to always report any suspicious movements of any person to the security agents.
He therefore, advised the youth in the area not to take the law into their hands, even in the exercise of their civic rights and obligations as citizens.
