In a decisive move to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and address emerging security threats, the Commissioner of Police, Sokoto State Command, Mr Hayatu Hassan Shaffa, on Monday conducted an operational tour to key sister security agencies within the state.
The tour aligns with the recent directive of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Olatunji Rilwan Disu, on the way forward in tackling insecurity in Sokoto State and the nation at large.
Thr Commissioner visited the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), and the Department of State Services (DSS).
This was contained in a statement signed by the Command’s spokesperson, DSP Ahmad Rufa’i, on Tuesday in Sokoto.
