Comrade Abdulhakeem Adegoke Alawuje has said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s destiny as Nigeria’s leader was ordained by God, and that no amount of political attacks or propaganda can change it.
In a statement released to the press, Alawuje, a member of the Disciples of Jagaban, DOJ, stated that many people might find it hard to accept, but the truth will become clear when the time comes.
“It may be difficult for many to accept, but when we reach the river, we will cross it. No matter how prepared some think they are, that remains the harsh reality,” he said.
Alawuje argued that if President Tinubu weren’t already in office, the political battle leading up to 2027 would be more intense than the EndSARS protests.
He emphasized that neither supporters nor opponents can add to or take away from what Almighty God has written about the President’s destiny, and called on both sides to cease fighting each other.
“No human being can change what Almighty God has ordained,” Alawuje stated.
The DOJ member recalled a remark by one of his Islamic teachers that Tinubu had already faced the level of hatred, attacks, and opposition that would make him President long before he officially declared his ambition in 2020.
He noted that this prophecy unfolded exactly as events transpired.
Alawuje w. Still, they are accused of fueling insecurity, kidnapping, banditry, and economic struggles across the country, saying they might intimidate innocent Nigerians, children, and students. Still, they cannot alter Tinubu’s destiny.
“Almighty God will surely judge everyone according to their actions,” he warned.
He mentioned that the Emir of Borgu conferred the title of “Jagaba” on Tinubu, and the Oba of Lagos made him Asiwaju of Lagos, both traditional rulers who long ago anticipated that his destiny would face fierce opposition, yet he would continue to emerge.
