“Alhaji Abubakar Alhaji was a remarkable leader whose wisdom, humility, and commitment to public service earned him the respect of Nigerians from all walks of life,” the governor stated.

He said the late Sardaunan Sokoto devoted his life to the service of Nigeria and the development of Sokoto State, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, excellence, and selfless leadership.

“Throughout his distinguished career, he remained committed to nation-building, good governance, and the welfare of the Nigerian people. His passing leaves a great void in our national life,” Radda added.
