FUDMA Appoints Mamman, Dean, Students’ Affairs
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mohammed Khalid Othman, has approved the appointment of Dr. Umar Mamman as the new Dean, Students’ Affairs.
The appointment, which is for an initial period of two years beginning from 7th August, 2026, was conveyed in a letter signed by the University’s Registrar, Dr. Musa Ajiya.
Dr. Mamman, an associate professor of psychology education, is from the Department of Educational Psychology and Counselling, Faculty of Education.
He was a former Dean of the Faculty of Education and the Director, Entrepreneurship Development Centre.
