Obi Cubana, the Nigerian business mogul, has gifted Jerry Eze, the founder of Streams of Joy International, a house in Delta State.
In an Instagram post, Cubana presented the luxury property to the cleric as a birthday gift, calling him his “most amazing brother and friend”.
He said he was appreciating Eze for always “interceding before God’s presence” on his behalf, revealing that he had intended to gift him the property since its launch in January.
“I celebrate one of my most amazing brothers, a man of God and my friend, Pastor Jerry Eze, because you’ve always been there for us before God and man, always interceding for us in God’s presence and in the powerful room,” he said.
“You were at the launch of this project in January, and I made a silent prayer that I would be able to finish it and gift you one before your next birthday.
“But we’re still working on it, and hopefully, it will be done soon. I’m presenting one to you as a birthday gift for the work of God and service to humanity.”
In an accompanying caption, the businessman said the property is still under construction and is expected to be completed by December, adding that it is his appreciation for Eze’s work and service to humanity.
“Today is a celebration of Grace, an uncommon grace! Pastor Jerry Uchechukwu Eze, thank you for all you do for us all, especially at the altar and in those powerful rooms!” he wrote.
“You have been the one doing for us all always, but today is for you! Today, I present you this house that will be ready by December as an appreciation for all you do!
“May it help in the advancement of God’s work and service to mankind, amen! Happy birthday nwanne nke m, we love you!”
