Falcons drop in latest FIFA ranking

The Super Falcons have dropped in the latest edition of the FIFA/Coca Cola Women’s Ranking.

The latest list published by FIFA shows Nigeria have now dropped to 35th on the table.

The Super Falcons have failed to make good strides up the ranking after starting the year in a better position.

Despite the drop they continued to lead the African pack, closely followed by Ghana, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and South Africa.

USA remains top of the FIFA /Coca Cola Ranking, trailing closely is Germany and Japan who occupy the second and third spot. Two European sides; France and Sweden follow in respective order.
