The Vice-Chancellor of the Institut Supérieur Bilingue Libre du Togo (IBLT), Prof. Amani M. Danjuma, has conferred the rank of Professor of Human Resource Management on Dr. Michael Dagama.
Dr. Dagama serves as the Chairman of the Kaduna State Chapter of the Association of Proprietors of Private Colleges of Health Sciences and Technologies in Nigeria (APPCOHEST) and also holds the position of the association’s National Vice President.
Speaking at the conferment ceremony, Prof. Danjuma stated that the rank was bestowed on Dr. Dagama in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the advancement of education within IBLT, Kaduna State, and Nigeria as a whole.
“Today is a proud day for the Institut Supérieur Bilingue Libre du Togo.
“We gather not just for a ceremony, but to honor excellence, dedication, and service to knowledge.
“It is my distinct honor and privilege, on behalf of the University Council, Senate, management, and the entire IBLT community, to confer the rank of Professor upon Dr. Michael Dagama,” Prof. Danjuma remarked.
The Vice-Chancellor described Dr. Dagama’s journey with the institution as one marked by profound impact and inspiration, noting his distinguished record as a scholar, mentor, and institutional leader whose work has brought national and international recognition to IBLT.
He added that the University Senate approved his elevation to the highest academic rank following his exemplary contributions to teaching, research, and community service.
In his acceptance speech, the newly conferred Prof. Michael Dagama expressed gratitude to the University Council, Senate, management, and staff of IBLT for the honor.
He pledged his continued dedication to supporting the growth and academic progress of the IBLT community.
