The Sokoto State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has congratulated the Sultan of Sokoto and President-General of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, His Eminence, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, on his 20th anniversary on the throne.
In a congratulatory statement signed by Chapter Chairman Mohammed Sada Suleiman, the institute praised the monarch’s two-decade reign as a landmark period defined by wisdom, peaceful resolution of conflicts, and dedicated service to the nation.
Suleiman noted that the Sultan’s leadership across the Sokoto Caliphate, Sokoto State, and Nigeria at large has played a vital role in advancing education, interfaith dialogue, and national cohesion.
The NIPR chapter also commended the Sultan for incorporating strategic communication into peacebuilding efforts, offering steady guidance to public institutions, and supporting ethical governance.
Concluding the tribute, the institute offered prayers for the Sultan’s continued health, longevity, and wisdom to sustain his impactful stewardship on the throne.
