Former Military President of Nigeria, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, , popularly referred to as “IBB”, yesterday said that he will be back to the country very soon as he is very okay.
Gen. Babangida, who spoke on a telephone with journalists at Governor Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu’s Tunga residence in Minna, when General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd) paid the governor a Sallah homage, said “I will be back very soon”.
It could be recalled that last month, the former Army General was rushed to Germany from his hilltop mansion in Minna, Niger state. The former Army General, popularly referred to as “IBB” was rushed to Germany 10 days ago from his hilltop mansion in Minna, Niger state because of a chronic back ailment for which he earlier had surgery in Germany.
IBB, while speaking through General Abdulsalami’s phone said “I miss all of you, I wish you all Barka de Sallah. I am better now and I will be back in few days’ time.
