Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer has said Kanye West doesn’t pop into her work-out sessions to check up on her.
Gunnar Peterson, who has worked with several celebs, is currently helping Kim stay in shape, and Kanye has been spotted dropping her off or going with her.
But Gunnar told Mail Online that Kim’s rapper hubby stops by because the couple are interested in what each other are doing, not out of jealousy, and that many husbands and wives do the same.
He said: “After a certain period of time the spouse shows up, whether it’s with them or to drop something off.
“Kanye’s been here, it’s not jealousy… I don’t think they’re worried about that but what happens is their training becomes so much a part of their daily speech they want to check it out. You can’t help talking about a good session.”
Gunnar said Kim has a great work ethic.
“Obviously there’s a genetic predisposition but Kim works so incredibly hard, squats, lunges, sleds, and dead lifts. She’s not tall either,” he said.
“She just trains – she’s one of the hardest working people inside and outside the gym. Just grind, grind, grind. The work Kim puts in she knows it pays off, I did some of her post-baby training too.”
The trainer has worked with other celebs, including Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie, who he described as “a dream client”.
“It’s one of those things when you’re genuinely amazed – I want to work with her all the time,’ he said.
