Bruce Jenner gives Kris Jenner $4m home in divorce case

Date:

Bruce Jenner is giving his share of his $4 million marital home to Kris Jenner as part of their divorce settlement.

The couple acquired the six-bedroom property in Hidden Hills, California, for the sum in 2010, but the 64-year-old star has decided to relinquish his ownership of the luxurious home as they seek to finalise the terms of their split, according to TMZ.

The gossip website has reportedly seen documents showing Bruce – who is currently residing in a bachelor pad in Malibu – is handing full ownership of the plush property to his estranged wife, with whom he has two children, Kendall Jenner, 18, and Kylie Jenner, 17.

The former Olympian and the 58-year-old businesswoman announced their separation in October 2013 after 23 years of marriage, with Kris filing for divorce in September this year citing “irreconcilable differences”.

Meanwhile, it emerged recently that Bruce is dating Kris’ best friend, Ronda Kamihira, which has apparently driven a wedge between them.

A source told PEOPLE magazine: “They’re not fighting with each other over this, they’re just not as close as they used to be.

“It made them realise that some space was best for everyone.”

But unlike her estranged husband, Kris isn’t ready to move on to another man yet.

The source said: “She says she doesn’t have time to date, so she hasn’t even started wrapping her head around it. She’s just not ready.”Kris is devastated. This was her best friend of 20 years, and Bruce isn’t really concerned with her feelings about it.”
