The village head of Kutunku community, in Gwagwalada area council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Chief Mohammed Sani Philip, has called on the chairman of the area council, Hon Abubaka rJibrin Giri, to provide basic necessities of life for the residents of the area.

Philip, who made the call in an interview with Peoples Daily in his Palace in Kutunku, recently, urged the Chairman to provide an additional transformer for the community, in order to boost electricity supply in the area.

He also called on the chairman to rehabilitate dilapidated roads in the community, for the sake of alleviating sufferings of the motorists plying the roads.

He further requested the council boss to provide enough drugs at the community’s clinic, in the interest of patients, noting that the clinic was being neglected by the authority of the council, in terms of critical medical facilities.
