Giwa FC has turned down an offer from Kano Pillars for Nigeria U20 goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo.
Ojo is wanted by both champions Pillars as well as Enyimba and had agreed personal terms with Pillars in December before Giwa blocked the transfer.
A top Giwa official said the Jos club are working on an overseas move for the goalkeeper.
Pillars have therefore replaced the tall Ojo with experienced Benin international shot stopper Emmanuel Fabiyi, who will battle skipper Theophilus Afelokhai and Joseph Onwuga for a first-team shirt.
They and Enyimba will feature in this year’s CAF Champions League.
