He stressed that, his opponent, Ibrahim Shehu of PDP, who is currently a member House of Representatives representing Gusau/Tsafe Federal constituency should be held liable for the incidence, as he could mobilise thugs to commit such a nasty job in order to gain support from the people across the central zone.

“The claim against me is baseless, as I should only be expected of facilitating good things for the benefit of my people, unless if Ibrahim Shehu wanted to achieve his political aims through efforts to paint me black, and there has been hundred ways for him to achieve sympathy votes, but should be naturally occurred not a silly plan of this kind,” Marafa queried.
