Former Minister of State for Education under late President Muhammadu Buhari has declared interest to contest president election on the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The former minister was a House of Representatives member and a TETFund BoT chair.
He holds a PhD in Law and was called to the Bar in 1989.
