Four students of Jega College of Health Science have been dissimsed for violating the schools rules and regulations.
Addressing newsmen yesterday while giving the scorescard of the institution, the Provost of the college Alhaji Sa’adu Haruna Sauwa said that the dissimisal became necessary due to the fact that they were found qulity after a committee investigated them and came up with a report and recommended for their dismissal.
“The institution has constituted a desciplinary committee as part of the school commitment towards putting sanity in its learning system.
“The expelled students include one female and three males”.
The provost who also applauded the effort of Kebbi State Governor, Senator Atiku Abubakar for upgrading the institution from school to college, assured that the development had given them more chance in runing both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma concurrently.
He appreciated the present administration for renovating the school’s hostels, constructing more lecture halls as well as purchase of some medial laboratory equipment”.
