A prominent community leader, Dr. Salamatu Baiwa, has congratulated Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, urging citizens to sustain the values of sacrifice, compassion, and unity imbibed during the fasting period.

In a goodwill message issued on Friday to mark the Eid-el-Fitr celebration, Dr. Baiwa described Ramadan as a period of deep spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and renewed commitment to the service of humanity.

She called on Muslims to carry forward the lessons learned into their daily lives for the betterment of society.

She also prayed for lasting peace, unity, and stability in Nigeria, stressing that national development can only thrive in an atmosphere of harmony and collective responsibility.

She urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and actively participate in democratic processes, emphasizing that unity and cooperation are key to achieving sustainable progress.
