The coronation and presentation of staff of office to the 2nd Emir of Kagara in Niger state, Malam Ahmad Garba Gunna Attahiru II, has been scheduled for December 3, 2022.
This was contained in a statement issued by the organizing committee of the coronation ceremony of the emirate council.
Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger state will be the special guest of honour, while the royal father of the day would be the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar.
Etsu Nupe and chairman of Niger state Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, will honour the event as the chief host.
Other personalities expected at the event include prominent traditional rulers from across the country and top federal and state government functionaries.
