The Jigawa state governor Malam Umar A. Namadi has approved the appointment of eight new Permanent Secretaries to fill vacancies in the State Civil Service.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Muhammad K. Dagaceri.
According to the statement, those appointed are substantive Directors elevated to the position of the Permanent Secretaries.
They include: Abdullahi Sa’idu, Yusha’u Muhammad Jaji and Lawan Muhammad Haruna.
Others are; Engineer Labaran Adamu, Dahiru Lawan, Sagir Muhammad Sani, QS Ahmed Isah, and Muhammad Yahaya Jabo adding that, all the appointments are with immediate effects.
The statement explained that, the appointment of the new Permanent Secretaries is purely on merit, competence, personal integrity and seniority.
