As Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has embarked on extensive rehabilitation of water schemes across the state, authorities of Nasarawa State Water Board has urged beneficiaries of water in the state to protect water facilities in their respective locations against vandalization.
General Manager of the Board Engineer Haruna Shafa made the call on Tuesday in an interview with newsmen on the achievements and plan on ground by the state government to resuscitate water schemes across the state.
Engr. Haruna explained that the state government under the leadership of Governor Sule has released fund for rehabilitation of some water works to include Awe town, Deddere, Kadarko and many others.
