From Ibrahim Sidi Muh’d, Gusau
Senator representing Zamfara west senatorial district, Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar has donated the sum of 5 million naira and 120 bags of assorted grains to the family of late Emir of Katsinan Gusau, Dr. Ibrahim Bello.
The donated items were presented to the Emirate on behalf of Senator Abdulaziz Yari, by the Chairman of the APC Zamfara Central and former Special Adviser to former Governor Yari on Security, Sani Gomna Mayanchi on Saturday evening.
Hon. Sani Mayanchi, said he led a team of delegates that involved former Commissioner of Information, Ibrahim Muhammad Birnin Magaji, a Chieftain of the APC, Sani General amongst others as directed by Senator Abdulaziz Yari to pay a condolence visit on the immediate family of late Emir of Katsinan Gusau, Dr. Ibrahim Bello.
“As directed by our political leader Senator Yari who presently happens to be outside the country, we are here to commiserate with you being the immediate family of our royal father who during his lifetime was committed to pay contributions towards building the state and nation at large.”
