16 ships discharging assorted goods at Lagos port – NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, on Tuesday said 16 ships had arrived the Lagos Port Complex and were discharging assorted goods.

It listed the goods being discharged at the port as general cargo, frozen fish, bulk wheat, container, bulk salt, wheat bran, bulk gypsum, broken glass, butane gas and base oil.

NPA noted that 16 ships were expected at the port as from July 18 to July 26, with general cargo, frozen fish, container, bulk sugar, bulk wheat, broken glass, bulk gypsum automobile gasoline, crude soya bean and drager/boat.

Meanwhile, six ships containing petrol, container, general cargo, bulk soya bean and frozen fish were awaiting berth.
