2 Kaduna lecturers escape from kidnappers den -Police

The two kidnapped kaduna lecturers Adamu Chonoko and Umar Chonoko have managed to escape from the den of their kidnappers.
The Police Public Relation Officer PPRO of the Command Yakubu Sabo Abubakar disclosed this in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
The two lectures from Ahmadu Bello University and Kaduna Polytechnic respectively escaped from the kidnappers in the early hours of yesterday.
“The Commissioner of Police CP Ali Aji Janga psc while rejoicing with the families and friends of the victims, assures the families and membears of the public that, the perpetrators of this crime will be apprehended and be brought to face justice.
“The Police will not relent on the ongoing investigation to track down the perpetrators of this and other similar criminal incidents with a view to arrest and prosecute them in accordance with the laws of the Land.
“The Command enjoins the good people of Kaduna State to continue to support the Command in the current battle against criminality in the state,” the statement reads.
