2015: Kaduna group drums support for Okorocha Presidency

Ahead of the 2015 general elections, Kaduna based support group, under the aegis of Vote Rochas Club (VRC), at the weekend appealed to the Imo state governor, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha to make himself available to contest the Presidency.

In the same vein, the group has appealed to the school children of Imo State, the traditional rulers and the masses to see reasons with other Nigerians and release the state governor  to run for the Presidency by 2015.

Addressing a gathering of people tagged movement for the 20 million Nigerians for Rochas as President 2015, Kaduna state chapter, the state coordinator, Alhaji Abdullahi Husseini said putting into perspective the transformative  programs of Governor Okorocha in Imo State, he is ably qualified to provide quality leadership for the country if given the opportunity.

Husseini stressed that Okorocha will also help to salvage Nigeria from its present security challenges, and provide an enabling environment that will attract investors into the country.

“Today, Imo state, since creation is witnessing, for the first time, massive Infrastructural development that has not been witnessed before and we know that Nigeria will be massively transformed if he emerges as the President come 2015.

“We appeal to Imolites to please release His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha, to run for President as he is one Nigerian that has the solution to Nigeria problem.

“We also appeal to the school children in Imo State, the traditional rulers and the masses of Imo State to please see reasons with the rest of the other Nigerians and release him to run for the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria” he said.

Imo State representative, Honourable Jude Obiechetu, who attended the program assured the people that he will communicate their call to the governor while commending them for the confidence reposed in Okorocha.
