2019: APDA to sweep all elections in Zamfara – Takori

The Chairman of the Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Democratic Alliance (APDA), Muhammad Sani Takori, has said that the party will sweep all elections to be conducted in 2019 in the state.
Takori, who was a former member of the House of Representatives from Zamfara state, said the political games played by the opposition PDP and the ruling APC in the state has given formidable chance to APDA to win elections in the state and even at the national level.
According to him, the acclaimed two powerful political parties have misused the mandates given to them by the people of the state, whom he said their dreams were to have a developed economy through government’s commitments in improving health, education, creation of jobs opportunities, among others.
“It is unfortunate that the ruling APC, after almost three years at the centre and over six years in Zamfara state, could not provide at the federal and state levels, basic needs of the people, including fight against poverty”, Takori lamented.
He said the people in the state, by voting APC into power, have realized that they have chosen a fastest but a leaking boat, which could not deliver them from hardship, thereby desperately looking for any rescuing political party like APDA, whose aims were to address mistakes done since 1999.
“We are confident that our party will take over power by 2019, as we all strongly believed that the wrongs made by previous governments could be addressed, and derailing economy of the country could be rescued “, Takori has assured.
