Gombe state government has pledged support to support the activity of the Olympics even as they said it will boost the morale of Olympians.
Secretary to the state government Pro. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi who was represented by governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya stated this at the weekend in Gombe.
He said government is aware of the commitment of Olympians in the state which has brought synergy among youths adding that I can see, you are winners.
Pro. Njodi who was optimistic with the performance of the Olympians encourage them to do more while participating in games noting that with the spirit of togetherness I believe we would succeed he added.
The Permanent secretary in the ministry of youth and development in Gombe state Mohammad Kolo Bajoga reiterated commitment of Olympians which according to him promised that they will not hesitate in given out the best that the state deserved.
He said we will continue to do the best We can in ensuring that our state strive. While appreciating the state government the Permanent secretary enjoin the Olympians to do the needful by performing credibly.
