The national leadership of the Accord Party has upgraded the link for its ongoing nationwide membership e-registration and revalidation exercise.

The exercise, which began on March 4, 2026, is aimed at strengthening the party’s membership base across the country ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a statement issued on Friday, the National Chairman of the party, Maxwell Mgbudem, announced that a new portal had been introduced to provide a more seamless and secure registration process.

According to him, members and prospective members can now complete their registration through the upgraded platform at https://accordofficial.com/membership-registration/.

Mgbudem explained that members who had already registered on the previous platform would not need to register again, provided they entered the correct National Identification Number.

He added that such data would automatically be integrated into the new platform.

The party leadership also urged ward, local government and zonal executives to intensify mobilisation of members nationwide.

They were specifically directed to ensure that members across Nigeria, those in the diaspora and new entrants complete the registration exercise promptly.

Mgbudem said the party remained a viable platform for Nigerians interested in contesting political offices in the 2027 elections.

He added that the forthcoming polls present another opportunity for citizens to unite in the pursuit of a stronger and more prosperous democratic Nigeria.
