Peoples Media Limited, publishers of Peoples Daily and Peoples Daily Weekend, holds its second Conference in Abuja tomorrow.
The conference with the theme,” Nigeria: The 2015 Question” will hold at 9:30am at the Ladi Kwali Hall at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Abuja, under the chairmanship of former Head of State, Gen Abdalsalami Abubakar, (GCFR).
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, will be Special Guest of Honour while Rivers state Governor, Rotimi Ameachi, will be the Guest Speaker.
Discussants at the conference are Kano state Governor, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Information Minister, Labaran Maku, Vice Chancellor, Veritas University, Bwari, Prof Mike Kwanashie, and CEO of Rise Group, Toyosi Akerele.
FCT Minister, Senator Bala Mohammed will be Chief Host, while Malam Mohammad Awwal lbrahim, the Emir of Zazzau-Suleja will be the Royal Father of the day.
All state governors and members of the National Assembly are guests of honour while the general public are hereby invited.
According to the Chief Operating Officer of People Media Limited, Malam Ali M. Ali, the conference is part of the social responsibility of media to set agenda for national rejuvenation.
The conference, he said, is a forum for constructive engagement for democratic progress.
