Four persons have lost their lives while three others sustained injuries in an accident that occurred at Nami Village in Agaie Local Government Area of Niger State.
The sector Commander of the FRSC, Kuma Tsukwam confirmed the incident to newsmen in Minna.
He said an articulated vehicle loaded with chemicals and 49 male passengers from Lagos heading to Kano was involved in the accident.
The Commander explained that the injured victims were rescued and taken to the General Hospital Lapai while those who lost their lives were deposited at the same hospital.
Tsukwam, blamed the accident on over speeding and loss of control by the driver.
He advised motorists to always observe speed limit to avoid crashes.
