500 constituents in Kaduna South to be enrolled in Health Insurance Scheme

No fewer than 500 constituents in Kaduna South  Federal Constituency will be enrolled in the Kaduna State Contributory Health  Insurance Scheme courtesy of  Member representing the Constituency at the Lower Chamber, Hon. Mukhtar Ahmed Monrovia.

Hon. Monrovia disclosed this while fielding questions from media after meeting with the State Commissioner for Health  Dr. Amina Mohammed Baloni in Kaduna yesterday.

The Lawmaker explained that 30 beneficiaries will be added to the Scheme every month during his tenure in office.

The beneficiaries who will be selected from all the wards that make up Kaduna  South Federal Constituency, includes; vulnerable, PWDs, and pregnant women.

He said the decision to enroll the beneficiaries followed the challenges in the health sector, especially as they affect the grassroots.
