A former Minister for Internal Affairs, Maj. Gen. Muhammad Magoro retd has said efforts made by the Buhari administration to restore security to the country is the major achievement for the nation in the last three years of his government.
Magoro made the remark at the Democracy Day Celebration at the Haliru Abdu Stadium, Birnin Kebbi, through a statement signed by Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari.
Magoro also acknowledged the efforts of Kebbi State Governor, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu in maintaining peace and security in the state.
According to him, “the duo’s efforts in agricultural revival which has brought economic prosperity to people and reducing rice important into the country is unprecedented.”
In a remark, Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu requested the people to work collectively with the government to harness vast resources the state has been endowed with to making it a premier investment and towards distribution.
Bagudu said he felt proud and fulfilled for bringing all movement politicians in the state under the tutelage of the APC to consolidate political, social, and humanitarian unity of Kebbi State.
