The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has condoled with the family of the former Spokesman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Comrade Godwin Erhahon over the death of his wife.
Lady Christiana Erhahon passed on Monday June 18, 2018 in Benin at the age of 56, the widower, former chairman of Edo NUJ, on Wednesday said.
At a condolence visit to the bereaved family on Wednesday, the Chairman, Edo state Council of NUJ, Comrade Roland Osakue, described Mrs. Christiana Erhahon’s death as “sad and great loss not only to the families, but the pen profession”.
Comrade Erhahon, pioneer state chairman of the defunct Congress for Progressives Change (CPC) which fused into APC also spoke candidly about his departed wife who left behind seven Children and seven grand Children.
According to him, “With heavy heart, I wail of the death of my beloved wife and comforter for 38 years. We never had squabbles while she was alive”.
