Group laments continuous, unprecedented killings in Nigeria

A Group known as Builders of New Nigeria, BNN, has lamented that the killings in Nigeria is worse than war torn countries like Syria and Afghanistsn.
The Convener and Chairman of the group Yinka Quadiri who made the lamentation at a press conference in Makurdi, noted that the unabated and murderous tendencies in Nigeria had assumed an unacceptable and intolerable dimension which must be stop forthwith.
Yinka accused the President of failing to call leaders of Meyitti Allah to order and stop the killings going on across the country.
He called on all Nigerians to rise and rally against the current government of PMB that has failed to visibly and effectively tackle this menace of mindless killings and general insecurity in the country.
Yinka regretted that so far, the president, his government and his party APC, have not shown enough care and concern for the safety and security of the Nigerian people and therefore must be vehemently rejected and replaced at all levels of governance in Benue State and Nigeria.
“While our group is not anyhow partisan, it is nevertheless committed to ending the reign of terror and the rule of impunity anywhere such is found across the whole landscape of Nigeria.
“We would mobilize the entire Nigerian people for collective action until Nigeria works. Our commitment to saving Nigeria now and henceforth is resolute and non-negotiable. We shall no longer look on while our dear and innocent compatriots are continuously wasted and the nation conflagrates.
“We are therefore calling on all patriots of Nigerian nation to rise up to actively support Builders of New Nigeria in routine the evil of mindless killings from our our land”, he stated.
