In an effort to reduce maternal mortality rate, the Jigawa state House of Assembly has promised to do all its best and ensure the completion of Birnin Kudu general hospital.
The speaker of the House, Alhaji Idris Garba Jahun give the assurance yesterday while receiving the delegation of Birnin Kudu people who visited the House to seek for their intervention.
While making an appeal before the House, the leader of the delegation Sarkin Kudu Hakimin Birnin Kudu Alhaji Garba Hassan explained that the delegation is in the house to appeal for the completion of Birnin Kudu general hospital to safe lives of thousands women and children in the area.
