Niger: African seminary graduates 24 students

The African Independent Theological Seminary (AITS) Rafin-senyi in Suleja local government area of Niger State has graduated a total number of twenty –four students raging from Diplomas, Bachelors masters and Doctorate degrees.
The Founder /President of the seminary, Prof. (Rev.) Peters Omeiza Yusuf, who disclosed this during the 2019 convocation/conferment of awards/ certificates and ordination ceremony at the Sandaco Hotel, Rafin-Senyi in Suleja.
Yusuf said: “African Independent Theological Seminary is a non-denominational Bible Seminary for all believers in Christ where we provide unbiased biblical training to our students (Christian leaders in particular) for them to attain a sound judgment as they lead the church and the society”.
He said the seminary was targeted at encouraging others who distinguished themselves in the service of God.
His words: “Today, we are gathered to celebrate those who have been trained and have completed their courses of study at various levels, to appreciate and encourage some who have distinguished themselves in the service of the Lord as well as witnessing the ordination of daughter of God called into His service and the dedication of first edition of the seminary journal”.
He therefore, appealed to private individuals as well as highly placed persons in the society to assist the seminary by allocating a piece of land to erect the permanent site of the institution.
Meanwhile, an award of “Pillar of Christian Mission” was conferred on the guest speaker of the occasion, Pst (Dr) Martins Atenda, while the award of “Doctor of Ministry D. Min” was also bestowed on Rt. Rev. (Dr) Moses Omeiza.
The Seminary ordained Goodnews Godwin during the convocation.
