Peace Commission harps on peace as panacea to devt.

Kaduna State Peace Commission said Nigeria needs peace to facilitate social progress and development.
The Communication Adviser of the Commission Andrew Fadason stated this in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna.
He disclosed that the Commission and relevant stakeholders with the support of Kaduna State government have worked seamlessly to sustain the peace in the state.
Fadason therefore called on residents of Kaduna State in particular and Nigerians at large to rededicate themselves to the cause for peace.
“We join millions of Nigerians in felicitating with Christians in Kaduna State in particular and the country in general on the occasion of Christmas.
“Being a period for the celebration of peace and love by humanity, the message to us Nigerians is cogent, Nigeria needs peace to facilitate social progress and development.
“The Commission and relevant stakeholders with the support of Kaduna State government have worked seamlessly to sustain the peace in the state.
“ While commending the effort of all peace loving people in Kaduna, the commission calls on Nigerians to rededicate themselves to the cause for peace, “ the statement reads.
