Gov Bello receives Unity Torch for Edo 2020 festival

The Niger State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello has received Unity Torch for Edo 2020 Festival which he described as a symbol of national unity hence the indivisibility of Nigeria as a country.
Governor Bello made this known when he received the team from the ministry of Sports and Youth Development at Government House yesterday during its enlightenment and sensitization to Government House, Minna.
Led by the Zonal Coordinator of Federal Ministry of Sports, Saka Akeem and state Commissioner of Sports Development, Mr Emmanuel Umar on Unity Torch processing from Mobil Round About to Government House.
Represented by his deputy, Alhaji Ahmed Mohammad Ketso on behalf of his boss assured that Niger government would do all that is possible to ensure its participation and come out victorious in the festival.
He appealed to all Nigerians to work hard in ensuring the sustenance of the unity of Nigeria nation to enhance development.
In his remarks, the state sports commissioner, Emmanuel Umar said that the road walk was aimed at enlightenment of the public on the festival just as the state was prepared for the event in all sports expected to participate in the state.
