A group under the auspiceS of Coalition of Nigeria Youth Association has commended the Presidential Task Force for its efforts in tackling the Coronavirus pAndemic in the country.
The National Coordinator of the Association, Comrade Nuhu Sani Lere, stated this in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
The statement added that said the team under the chairmanship of Secretary to the Government of the Federation, (SGF), Boss Mustapha has worked tirelessly to curtail the Pendemic.
Comrade Nuhu Sani Lere, further stated that the Task Force ensured the provision of isolation centres in all affected states in the country.
According to him the recent commendation of the Taskforce by President Muhammadu Buhari shows the Government and people of Nigeria appreciate the hardworking and patriotism of the Taskforce.
Comrade Lere applauded Mustapha’s courage for advising the National Assembly to develop a legislative framework to prepare Nigeria for any future pandemic, and also ensure the reforming and transforming Nigeria’s healthcare sector.
The statement also commended President Buhari for the confidence reposed on the Task Force for reassigning them to work with the ministry of Agriculture to initiate a framework to ensure the impact of Covid-19 is minimized during the farming season.
