Ex Gov Uduaghan dumps APC for PDP in Delta, as community jubilates

The immediate past governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan has dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Uduaghan, who dumped the PDP in 2018 announced his return on Monday.
The Delta South Senate aspirant in 2019 had said his desire to attract development and bring a permanent solution to the Niger Delta crisis drew him to the APC.
However, on Monday, Uduaghan in a post on his Facebook page said he returned to PDP to join forces with the largest party.
“I am back to join forces with other party greats to strengthen our party, the largest Party in Africa -PDP.
“Having tasted the other side, it feels refreshing to be back home! Thank you all for receiving me back. It feels like I never left.”
Meanwhile, there was wide jubilation in Abigborodo Community in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State State as Uduaghan officially rejoined the PDP from the All Progressives Congress.
The indigenes of Abigborodo Community danced for the return of the former Governor to the Party, where he rejoined the PDP from Unit 1, Ward 6 in Abigborodo Community.
This former Governor was accompanied by Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi, member representing Warri Federal Constituency as well as the Peoples Democratic Party’s PDP Deputy Chairman(Delta South), Mr. Ada-Val Areyenka to his community.
