The Chairman of Yoruba Council of Traditional Obas and Chiefs in the 19th Northern States and Abuja, Ambassador Muhammad Arigbagbowo has commended the Nigerian Army on their onslaughts against bandits, kidnappers and insurgents in the North
The Royal Father gave the commendation in an interview with the media in kaduna yesterday.
He noted that the interventions by Nigerian Army had restored normalcy in some parts of the North which recently witnessed killings and displacement of communities by criminal elements.
The district head assured the military of maximum support in order to achieve the desired results.
He added that the Army under the leadership of The Chief of Army Staffs, Lt. Gen. Turkur Yusuf Buratai has been professional in discharging it responsibly.
Ambassador Muhammad Arigbagbowo called on the people to offer prayers for the Army personnel because of the sacrifices they are making for the country.
