Group launch digital resource centre to promote accountability, transparency

The CLEEN Foundation in collaboration with Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Kaduna Branch has launched a Resource centre to promote accountability and transparency in the criminal justice system.
Speaking during the launching in kaduna yesterday, the Executive Director of the foundation, Dr. Benson Olugbuo, said the centre was a human capacity development and empowerment venue for every Nigerian.
According to him, the Resource center which was inaugurated with the support of the MacArthur Foundation is to provide records of court judgments on Corruption cases at zero cost to both lawyers, litigants, media and the public.
Dr. Olugbuo, added that the project principally monitor cases of Corruption in relation to the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 (ACJA) through Web-based platform Uwazi which is functional, accessible and within the reach of the public.
