Sack of 4,000 workers: NLC vows to withdraw services in Kaduna

Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Kaduna State Council has resolved to withdraw services in kaduna state as a solidarity with over four thousand workers sacked by the state government.
Chairperson of the state Council, Comrade Ayuba Magaji Suleiman and the Secretary Comrade Christiana John Bawa stated this in a statement made available to media in kaduna yesterday.
The statement stated that activities in the state will be grounded for five days as proposed by the National Headquarters to serve as warning strike for sacking the workers
According to the statement, the decision was resolved in an emergency meeting held with the delegation from the national headquarters of congress in Kaduna.
It said that the total withdrawal of services would commences this coming Sunday 16th May, 2021 by 12:00am (midnight).
