Jigawa govt to prioritize citizens input in 2022 budget

The Jigawa state government said, the citizens input will be prioritized in the process of drafting 2022 fiscal year budget.
The permanent secretary Jigawa state budget and economic planning directorate, engineer Alhassan Marke gave the assurance during the town hall meeting for civil Society Organisations and other relevant stakeholders yesterday in Dutse.
Mr Marke said, citizens input is critical for achieving realistic budget that can drive sustainable social and economic development.
According to him, Jigawa state government is ever ready to listen and act on citizens demands.
