Benue Govt. establishes state accounts allocation committee

Benue State Government has established a State Account Allocation Committee to allocate funds independently to the three (3) arms of government.

The State Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General of the State Barr. Michael Gusa who disclosed this yesterday to newsmen, intimated that two (2) laws, one to provide for management of funds accruing to the state judiciary from the consolidated revenue funds of the state.

He said the committee will be saddled with the responsibility of sharing the funds accruing to the state on a monthly basis in a manner that is agreeable to the arms of government.
