Orbunde’s defection: Ortom’s former adviser resigns

Erstwhile Special Adviser to Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom on Media and Publicity Mr. Tahav Agerzua yesterday resigned his appointment from his Government.

Mr. Agerzua until his resignation held the position of Principal Special Assistant to the Governor on Culture and Tourism.

In a letter dated 4th May, 2022 and made available to the media, Agerzua stated that the resignation became necessary for him to be able to fully exercise his fundamental Human Rights of Freedom of Association and that of Expression as enshrined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended).

An aide to the former Chief of Staff Pastor Terwase Orbunde who defected to the APC on Tuesday 3rd May, 2022, the media guru further explained that Orbunde is fighting for the interest of Kwande.
